Yes, gluten intolerance is a “Real Thing” and Dr. Nandi shares healthy tips and recipes that will make a difference – to you.
Celiac disease is a problem some people have with foods that contain gluten. Gluten is a type of protein, found in the grains wheat, barley, and rye. If you are gluten sensitive, gluten intolerant or suffer from Celiac disease, and you eat food with gluten in it, the gluten triggers an immune response that may present as abdominal pain, indigestion and/or heartburn, inflammation and/or bloating, excessive gas, organ damage, joint pain, chronic fatigue, and more.
In my latest FREE eBook, Living Gluten Free, I outline how and why gluten affects you the way it does, as well as the steps you can take to reduce or eliminate gluten from your diet, and feel better every day.
Being a “Health Hero” begins with caring for yourself first! To help you cope with your gluten sensitivity, I explain for you:
- What is Celiac Disease?
- Do You Need a Gluten-free Diet?
- Where Gluten Hides in Your Food
- How and When Going Gluten-free Helps – and When It Doesn’t
- Delicious Gluten-free Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Recipes
This is not your typical “online freebie”, with a few pages of overly simple “tips” to feel good. Rather, in this 26-page eBook, I have used my decades of experience as a practicing physician to outline the problems for those who suffer from Celiac disease and gluten intolerance – along with proven solutions and tasty recipes that work. As always, my goal is simple – to take you beyond the latest fads and guess work by offering real-world, life-affirming solutions for living a better, healthier, more balanced life.
Your personal journey is sooo inspiring, Dr. Nandi! Kari is fortunate to have to you as her physician, as well. I knew there was something very special about you the first moment we met you during her consultation just 6 months ago. I've only met you twice, but it's clear to me that you're a visionary with much to share with this world!! #DoctorsMakingaDifference #HealthHero
