Cayenne Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. fresh cayenne peppers stems removed
  • 6-7 fresh jalapenos stems removed
  • 3 hot cherry peppers
  • 8 cloves garlic peeled, hard tips cut off
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 cups white vinegar

Instructions
 

  • In a medium pot over medium-high heat, add the vinegar, peppers, garlic, and salt.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and cover.
  • Simmer for 20-25 minutes.
  • Allow to cool and then pour mixture into a blender.
  • Set pot aside.
  • Blend until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Strain through a mesh strainer.
  • Pour back into pot.
  • Bring mixture back to fast boil over high heat.
  • When mixture reaches a boil, turn off heat and allow to cool.
  • Pour into airtight container.
