Cayenne Pepper Sauce

Cayenne pepper not only boosts your metabolism it aids in digestion and may reduce high blood pressure. As always, use organic ingredients whenever possible.

8 oz. fresh cayenne peppers, stems removed

67 fresh jalapenos, stems removed

3 hot cherry peppers

8 cloves garlic, peeled, hard tips cut off

2 tsp salt

4 cups white vinegar


  • In a medium pot over medium-high heat add the vinegar, peppers, garlic and salt.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and cover.
  • Simmer for 20-25 minutes.
  • Allow to cool and then pour mixture into a blender.
  • Set pot aside.
  • Blend until smooth. About 2-3 minutes.
  • Strain through a mesh strainer.
  • Pour back into pot.
  • Bring mixture back to fast boil over high heat.
  • When boiling, turn off heat and allow to cool.
  • Pour into airtight container.
