Ingredients

This is a family favorite! We often add all sorts of lightly sautéed vegetables!

1/2 lb Regular or Quinoa Pasta

2 Cloves Garlic

1/2 Cup Raw Almonds

2 Large cooked and peeled purple beets coarsely chopped

1/3 Cup Olive Oil

1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese

2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

1/2 Cup Fresh Basil

Salt & pepper to Taste

Instructions

Blend until smooth!
