4 slices bread
8 teaspoons mayonnaise, reduced-fat, divided or greek yogurt
4 slices tomatoes, thickly sliced
1 whole big tomato chopped
4 teaspoons basil, fresh, sliced
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper, black ground
2 pcs egg
- Scrambled egg on your desired level of fluffiness
- In a pan put chopped tomatoes, put some tomato sauce and put basil.
- Spread each slice with 2 teaspoons mayonnaise/greek yogurt.
- Top with scrambled egg, tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Serve and Enjoy!
