Dr. Nandi’s Oatmeal Yogurt
Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup water
pinch of salt
4 Tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp toasted chopped pecans
4 tsp pure maple syrup
Combine oats, water and salt in a jar or bowl.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning: heat and top with blueberries, yogurt, pecans and syrup.
