Sweet potato burger

Use organic ingredients whenever possible.



Sweet Potato Burger:

2 cups sweet potato steamed cubes

1 cup packed grated carrots

1/3 cup pitted green olives

2 Tbsp nutritional yeast

3 Tbsp dry parsley

1 cup chickpea flour

2 Tbsp ground sesame seeds

1 Tbsp apricot jam or your personal choice of jam

3 tsp black pepper

3 tsp smoked paprika

Sandwich Spread:

2.8 oz. tofu

1 Tbsp mustard powder

1 Tbsp garlic flakes

A pinch of salt

2 tsp onion powder

2 tsp black pepper

2 tsp chili flakes

1 dropper orange stevia or orange juice to taste

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp tahini

Tabasco sauce, a few splashes
