Egg and Basil Red Sauce Finger Sandwich
Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
4 slices bread
8 tsp mayonnaise, reduced-fat, divided or Greek yogurt
4 tomatoes, thickly sliced
1 whole big tomato chopped
4 tsp basil, fresh, sliced
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper, black ground
- Scramble egg to your desired level of fluffiness.
- In a pan put chopped tomatoes, put some tomato sauce and put basil.
- Spread each slice with 2 tsp mayonnaise/Greek yogurt.
- Top with scrambled egg, tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Serve and Enjoy!
