Flu Busting Smoothie

 Serves 4



  2 banana, frozen

2 large orange, peeled,  segmented

2 cups frozen mango or peach chunks

1 cup dairy-free yogurt

small carrot, peeled, coarsely chopped

1 ¼  tsp ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

1 ¼  cup unsweetened orange juice, or more as needed

4 scoops of unsweetened protein powder

Handful of ice



 In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until desired texture.

You may need to add more juice or ice cubes to achieve your desired texture.
