Getting your children involved in making their nutritious meals has worked wonders for us in getting them to eat healthy!
Start your kids fruit smoothies with milk and juice and add fruits to your hearts content! I always love throwing in a half cup of greens or some carrots in as well for extra nutritional value! Get them involved and let them choose their favorites! That is what we did here. We started with our trip to Kroger where my son picked out fresh blackberries! Enjoy.
