Pineapple frappe

Pineapple contains the enzyme bromelain which reduces inflammation and stimulates digestion. Pineapple is also very rich in minerals, enzymes, vitamins and trace elements.

Use organic ingredients whenever possible.

Ingredients

4 cups fresh pineapple, cubed

2 bananas

4 cups almond milk (you can substitute a milk of your choice)

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

2 Tbsp flax seeds

2 cups ice

Instructions

  • In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Serve cold.
