Always use organic when possible

INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
4 tsp Sriracha sauce
4 Tbsp sesame oil
16 oz. fresh green beans, trimmed
1/2 cup scallions, chopped
2 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
1 clove garlic, peeled,finely minced
PREPARATION
In a small bowl, add soy sauce and Sriracha sauce.
Combine and set aside.
In a large skillet over high heat, add sesame oil.
Add green beans.
Cook until they char. About 3-4 minutes. Do not stir.
Add scallions and garlic.
Cook for 2-3 minutes. Beans should be charred and tender.
Remove from heat.
Add soy and Sriracha sauce mixture.
Toss well to coat.
Add sesame seeds.
Toss to coat.
Eat warm.
