Coconut water is excellent for reducing belly bloat; it is rich in potassium which helps counter sodium-induced bloating. It also helps to flush the sodium out of the body and can regulate the cleansing process. The cucumber that is added to this drink acts as a diuretic, which helps pass urine and flushing out of excess water and toxins.
Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
2 cups coconut water
4 large cucumbers, sliced
4 1-inch pieces fresh ginger, peeled, sliced
2 cups ice
3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
- In a blender, add all ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve cold.
