- Yield: Serves 4 1x
28 oz. full fat coconut milk
2 whole vanilla beans, seeds removed
3 Tbsp coconut sugar
- In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, add coconut milk, vanilla bean seeds and sugar.
- Bring to a low boil then reduce heat and simmer for 4 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Cover and steep for 12-15 minutes.
- Drink warm or cold.
- Can be stored in fridge for up to 1 week in airtight container.
