Tropical Bloat Buster
Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut water
- 4 bananas
- 4 large cucumbers sliced
- 4 1- inch pieces fresh ginger peeled, sliced
- 2 cups ice
- 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar optional
Instructions
- In a blender, add all ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve cold.
