Dr. Nandi's Kale, Coconut Oil, & Pineapple Smoothie

  • 2 cups kale fresh
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Blend kale, water and coconut oil until smooth.
  • Next add the remaining fruits and blend again.
