Ingredients

finely diced cantaloupe

finely diced honeydew melon

seeded and finely chopped

finely diced peaches

fresh orange juice

finely chopped sweet onion

chopped fresh basil

fresh lemon juice

Garnish: fresh basil sprigs
Instructions
Combine first 14 ingredients in a large bowl.
Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours. The longer that you let the gazpacho sit, the more the flavors will blend.
Garnish, if desired.
