Using a blender, add sweet potato, carrots, olives, yeast, paprika, parsley, black pepper and jam and blend until a smooth texture.
Using a large mixing bowl, pour mixture in and slowly add the chickpea flour and sesame seeds.
Stir well and make sure it is evenly combined.
Chill for 60 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 355 F.
Form chilled mixture into a large patty.
Using a parchment lined baking tray, place patties on the tray.
Bake for 15-20 minutes and then turn over.
Bake for another 15 minutes.
Check during this time to make sure they are not burning.
