Egg and Basil Red Sauce Finger Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices bread
  • 8 tsp mayonnaise reduced-fat, divided or Greek yogurt
  • 4 tomatoes thickly sliced
  • 1 whole big tomato chopped
  • 4 tsp basil fresh, sliced
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper black ground
  • 2 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Scramble egg to your desired level of fluffiness.
  • In a pan put chopped tomatoes, put some tomato sauce and put basil.
  • Spread each slice with 2 tsp mayonnaise/Greek yogurt.
  • Top with scrambled egg, tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
