Pineapple Frappe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups fresh pineapple cubed
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 cups almond milk you can substitute a milk of your choice
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Serve cold.
