  2. STRESS ONLY BECOMES A PROBLEM WHEN IT IS ONGOING. CHRONIC STRESS CAN LEAD TO DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, A WEAKENED IMMUNE SYSTEM, HEART PROBLEMS AND OBESITY.

  3. IF YOU ARE STRESSED, DON’T REACH FOR COMFORT FOODS. EMOTIONAL EATING WON’T SOLVE YOUR EMOTIONAL PROBLEMS. YOU’LL JUST END UP WITH A LARGER WAISTLINE.
