Dr. Nandi’s Kale Chips
Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Chop or tear the kale into bite size pieces. Wash and dry the kale thoroughly. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. I find it doesn’t take much salt at all.
Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt about 10 minutes.
