Ingredients
  

  • 2 banana frozen
  • 2 Large orange peeled, segmented
  • 2 cups mango or peach chunks
  • 1 cup dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 small carrot peeled, coasrely chopped
  • 1 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened orange juice, or more as needed
  • 4 scoops unsweetened protein powder
  • 1 handful ice

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until desired texture.
  • You may need to add more juice or ice cubes to achieve your desired texture.
