Dr. Nandi's Kale Chips



  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil


  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Chop or tear the kale into bite size pieces. Wash and dry the kale thoroughly. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. I find it doesn’t take much salt at all.
  • Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt about 10 minutes.
