How does it work?
Calcium is widely known for its crucial role in forming bones and teeth, but it also plays a vital role in heart and muscle function. Magnesium enhances the absorption of calcium and works in tandem with calcium to allow muscles to contract and relax. These two essential minerals are intricately linked, supporting both muscle and nervous system function.
Both of these minerals can be depleted due to smoking or consuming excess alcohol. Natural factors such as aging and pregnancy can also deplete supplies.
