Pineapple Frappe
Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh pineapple cubed
- 2 bananas
- 4 cups almond milk you can substitute a milk of your choice
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 Tbsp flax seeds
- 2 cups ice
Instructions
- In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Serve cold.
