Hot and Spicy Brussels Sprouts
Tantalize your taste buds with some heat and sweet! Brussels sprouts are a great addition to the diet.
Use organic ingredients whenever possible
5 Tbsp avocado oil
3 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 Tbsp Sriracha
2 limes, juiced
6 cloves garlic, peeled, minced
3 lbs. Brussels sprouts trimmed, halved
Kosher salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425 F.
In a large bowl, add oil, chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice and garlic.
Whisk and combine well.
Trim and halve Brussels sprouts.
Add Brussels sprouts to bowl and toss to coat evenly.
On a large baking sheet, add Brussels sprouts in a single layer.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place baking sheet in oven.
Roast until Brussels sprouts become tender and slightly charred.
About 32-35 minutes.
