    I have IBS and have discovered food combining to be extremely important in reducing my symptoms of bloating. But I rarely find websites of doctors who discuss food combining as a helpful strategy for IBS patients. It’s basically ignored in most online recipes too. I’d love to try many of your recipes, but I’d need to replace ingredients to make the dishes work for me. After years of being very careful with combining and additionally the last few years working to heal the gut through diet, bone broth and probiotics, I’m so much better (but not healed yet) that I can eat the bun on my fish sandwich and not react right away. But I rarely find anything about food combining on gut health sites or functional doctors’ site. Is food combining something you would recommend or comment on?
